柏子仁醇提物

【提取来源】本品为柏科植物侧柏Platycladus orientalis (L.)Franco的种子乙醇回流提取的醇提物干粉。

【性状】本品为棕黄色至棕褐色粉末，有柏树特异气味，有效成分可溶于甲醇、乙醇。

【鉴别】取本品加乙醇制成5%溶液作供试液。取柏子仁标准对照药材0.5g研磨加10ml石油醚，脱脂，弃石油醚，残渣加5ml乙醇80℃回流提取30分钟，滤清，作对照液。取上述两液各10μl，分别点于同一硅胶G板，以正丁醇-醋酸-水(4：1：1)展开，于紫外灯365nm下检视，斑点对应率大于80%。

取上述两液各10肚l.分别点于同一硅胶G板，以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(85：15)展开，喷10%三氯化铁水溶液、1%铁氰化钾水溶液的等量混合液，在对应位置显蓝紫色斑点。

水分：不得过3.0%(附录Ⅸ H)

灰分：不得过3.0%(附录Ⅸ K)

重金属：不得过10ppm(附录Ⅸ E)

砷盐：不得过2ppm(附录Ⅸ F)

What is Phyllanthus emblica Extract ? 

Amla (or Amlaka, Amlaki, or other variants) is one of the most frequently used of the Ayurvedic herbs; it is the fruit of Phyllanthus emblica, also called Emblica officinalis. The fruit is similar in appearance to the common gooseberry (Ribes spp., a type of currant), which is botanically unrelated to amla.

However, due to the similar appearance of the fruit clusters, amla is usually called the "Indian gooseberry." The plant, a member of the Euphorbiaceae, grows to become a medium-sized tree that is found growing in the plains and sub-mountain regions all over the Indian subcontinent from 200 to nearly 2000 meters above sea level. Its natural habitat, like other members of its family, ranges from Burma in the East to Afghanistan in the West; from Deccan in south India to the foothills of the Himalayan range.
