二、提取方法

灵芝多糖的提取方法:
1 .多采用热水提取、分部沉淀的方式分离灵芝的多糖组分;进一步经各种层析如 DEAE 纤维素柱色谱、 Sephadex G75 柱色谱,凝胶过滤如 Sepharose CL—4B 凝胶过滤,高压电泳和聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳等处理可获纯化的多糖。
